Every student attended camp for two summers. For four weeks after school concluded in May, Bouvé moved to the country; not only did students go to learn outdoor summer sports and campcraft skills, but they also went to foster a greater sense of community within their school. Camp provided an opportunity to fully immerse students in an environment created by Bouvé and to spend a month inculcating lessons about healthy living that would then be passed on to the students' future charges.
