Tenants unite to save So. End clipping (March 31, 1970)
The ETC became an incorporated subsidiary of IBA in 1970 to serve as the professional property management department that would develop affordable housing for the neighborhood residents. This article from the Boston Globe highlights several members of IBA/ETC and announced their victory in being designated developer of their own neighborhood. Their success resulted in Villa Victoria, an 895 unit low and moderate income neighborhood, which today houses more than 3,000 residents. From the Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción records.
