Off-Air Recording
- We require 24 hr advance notice or by noon on Friday for weekend recording requests.
Faculty and staff may request off-air taping of television broadcasts for later classroom use by completing an Off-Air Recording Request Form. Call Jonathan Iannone at 617-373-4901 for further information.
A program taped off-air may be used once in the classroom within 10 school days of its recording. After this period, off-air recordings may be kept up to 45 days only for teacher evaluation purposes and may not be used for student exhibition or any other non-evaluation purposes without permission. If the educational use of a program is projected to take place more than 10 days following the broadcast, permission must be obtained. The program will be recorded and the tape held pending approval for use.
