  1. A faculty member or TA must be present at all times when space is in use.
  2. No food or drink is allowed in these spaces.
  3. Submitting this form alone does not confirm a session. We will contact you to let you know about availability, or you may call us at (617) 373-8778.
  4. Only 4 requests at a time, please. No semester booking.
