Group Study
Snell Library has 8 group study rooms available by reservation. Each room has table and chairs, internet access, electrical outlets, and white board (library does not provide markers). Group study rooms must be vacated 15 minutes before library close.
Reservations may be made up to 2 weeks in advance.
Reservations may be made up to 3 hours in length per group per day.
Reservations are available to NU faculty, staff and students

Individual Study
Desk, chair and bookshelf, electrical outlet and NUNet quad available.Seats: 1
Style: informal
May be reserved by: Faculty and Graduate Students (there may be a waiting list)

Seminar Room (90 SL)
Used for lectures, special events and presentations. It cannot be booked as a classroom.
Seats: up to 72 people
Style: varies depending on attendance, chairs and tables can be arranged

In-house equipment: ceiling mounted LCD projector and projection screen, pc, vhs, DVD, CD, overhead projector, slide projector, PA system and an assistive listening system (audio loop)
May be reserved by: NU Faculty, Staff, and Students with an advisor signature. For any groups not affiliated with NU, please contact Conference and Event Planning at (617) 373-5852 to reserve a space.
