- Dissertations and Theses: Full Text (Proquest/UMI, NU Only) If an NU student has submitted a PhD dissertation to UMI it is available online in full text. Dissertations are available from other universities as well.
- PhD: Use NuCat to search and view lists of all NU PhD Dissertations.
- Master's: Search the NU Master's Thesis Database for listings.

Dissertations and theses are available in the NU Archives and Special Collections, Snell Library, Lower Level. Please contact us at (617) 373-2351 before coming in to read a thesis or dissertation to ensure that what you need is available and there are no restrictions.
If you are not affiliated with NU, you may also make requests for NU dissertations via the interlibrary loan department at your home institution.
